Most new-construction lots in Castle Rock sit inside an HOA with its own design review process, and Macanta is one of the more active ones — landscaping submittals go through an architectural review committee before you can break ground. We build the design and the submittal package together, so what gets approved is what actually gets installed, not a compromise version worked out after a rejection.
